Marinelli is a Filipino-American, former writer/producer for TV, who migrated to the United States to be with the love of her life, her husband, Gary. Her big move from the Philippines to the United States seemed easy breezy, since she always love travelling and exploring new places. She has always been flexible and good at adapting to changes in her life. Regardless of the recession and living in a small town, she made the most out of it by doing other professions she actually dreamed of having when she was younger.
Aside from being a graduate of De La Salle High School, and having a degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas, Marinelli also took Early Childhood Education courses from the Michigan State University and worked as an Assistant Preschool Teacher. But watch out for her savings and home improvement tips too, because this girl was trained well to be a bit of a handyman from her work experience in Sales and Kitchen design.
She also did online marketing and produced a few social media content for some companies. She was also invited to participate in a couple of contests, in connection to some of the social media campaigns. One of them was the GMC Trade Secrets Contest 2011, where she became the GMC Trade Secrets: Home Decor Category - Runner Up Winner.
Marinelli grew up with a musically inclined family, so she is also into music and singing since she was a little girl. She have sang in countless weddings, and of course she sang for her husband on their own wedding too. She loves music in different genres, but she definitely enjoys Broadway musicals. Her most memorable musical achievement was playing the role of Mrs. Anna Leonowens in the musical play, "The King & I".
Marinelli is the eldest among three children. She have two younger brothers and a nephew whom are all very dear to her heart. She is also very close to her mother, whom she have learned most of her life lessons and practical tips from.
She's always ready to share a smile, but like most people, she too have struggles in life. Her biggest downfall was loosing her father. She also have Hypothyroidism and Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, which makes it a challenge for her to loose weight and have a baby.
Despite all the trials, you will see that Marinelli still tries to keep a cheerful and positive outlook in life. It's an innate trait that she wants to enchance more and share to others, because it is a gift she got from her father and mother, whom are known for their kind and pleasing personalities.
Currently, Marinelli is taking refresher courses on Digital Marketing, and returning to the roots of her passion... Her love to create, inspire, entertain and tell a story.
