Easy Oven Roasted Baby Back Ribs

Welcome to "What's Next Marinelli"!

As you can see, this post dates back 2011. It is because this site started out as a recipe blog called "Cooking it Up with Marinelli" that I made just so that I can share my recipe to my family overseas. I just decided to keep this because, I still want food to be a part of What's Next Marinelli... Well why not? I love food! Everybody loves food! ;) Plus it's a perfect first entree for my site. Just like in real life, it's nice to welcome and entertain your special guests with something delectable.

This is a simple and easy way to make delicious, finger-licking baby back ribs.
It's something I've learned from an expert... Grandma Shirley! :)

By the way, feel free to share this recipe if you want.
As they say,
"Sharing is Caring"! :)
You can easily Pin my recipes on Pinterest too, so just Pin away! ;)

Enjoy!

Ingredients:

baby back ribs
1 medium sized onion chopped
salt & pepper
1 cup water
barbecue sauce

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place the ribs on a pan.
Season with salt & pepper.
Put chopped onions over the ribs
and pour water into the pan.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven.
Bake for 1 and a half hour
or until the pork is well cooked into your desired tenderness.
Remove aluminum foil cover and drain the fat/juice...
Then pour barbecue sauce over the ribs.
Pour your desired amount of barbecue sauce to cover the entire slab of ribs.
Then put back into the oven and bake again (uncovered) for 10-15 minutes.
There you have it! = )
A simple way to oven bake or roast Barbecue Baby Back Ribs.
*You can also use any type of ribs you want.
*And for those who don't have an oven, you can try using a turbo broiler.

This can be served and paired with mashed potatoes, bread, corn, salad
or anything you like...
As for me... I like to eat it with rice!
YUM! ; )

Enjoy!
